Return & Refund Policy

At Abwab Online, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help, in compliance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

1. Return Conditions:

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, customers can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt.

2. Refund Policy:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be done strictly through the Original Mode of Payment used during the purchase (e.g., the same credit card or e-wallet).
Please allow [7 to 14] working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their order free of charge before it is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees only.
