1. Digital Services Nature

Since our services (Pro badges, Gemo AI credits, Ad campaigns) are digital products delivered instantly upon payment, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or utilized.

2. Refund Eligibility

Under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if:

• The service was not activated or used.
• A technical failure on our platform prevented you from using the paid service, and our support team could not resolve it.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and receipt. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Mobile Wallet) within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank's policy.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro membership subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
